Your Role
- Align with Product Management on positioning, value proposition, target segments, launch roadmap, and lifecycle priorities; develop the Strategic Marketing Plan for VCS (positioning, messaging, content strategy, time schedule).
- Consolidate market, customer, and competitor insights into segment strategies, personas, and content needs; build awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Drive product concept definition and market validation (interviews, surveys, concept tests, pilots) to inform roadmap decisions.
- Define VCS product and consultation presence at key industry events, trade shows,



and congresses; establish positioning that differentiates from competitors and resonates with targets.
- Develop digital content and engagement programs to nurture prospective customers through the buying journey; position ZEISS as the authority on consultation excellence in eye care.
- Own go-to-market plans for assigned products/solutions (objectives, audiences, key messages, timelines); coordinate cross-functional launch execution with PM, Marketing Ops, Sales, and regional/local marketing.
- Campaign, content, and claims governance: create explicit briefs, translate features to customer-centric benefits, develop evidence-based value propositions, manage substantiation and approvals (Regulatory / Legal / Compliance / Brand); ensure compliant use across materials.
- Performance management and stakeholder alignment: review campaign performance and derive optimizations; collect structured feedback from Sales and custome
