Job Title: Global Tax Compliance, Reporting – AGM

Location: Chennai

Role Summary

The role is responsible for coordinating complex, multi-country tax compliance and reporting activities, ensuring timely data collection, validation, analysis, stakeholder follow-up and external advisor coordination. The position requires strong tax operations discipline, attention to detail, workflow ownership and the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles through technology-enabled platforms such as Beehive, Smartsheet, OneSource and SAP.

Candidate Expectations
Candidate with minimum 15+ years of experience.

Strong tax compliance coordination across multiple countries, teams and reporting timelines.

Comfortable gathering, analysing and validating financial data across all group entities.

Robust follow-up discipline to chase inputs, close gaps and maintain delivery momentum. Monthly

Working knowledge of tax reporting tools and workflow platforms including Beehive, Smartsheet, OneSource and SAP.

Ability to support advisor coordination, control verification and HMRC-facing certification deliverables.

High attention to detail, documentation discipline and deadline ownership during peak compliance periods.
