Role Description
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Performance Engineering Consultant / Performance Architect




who can define performance strategy, review architecture, drive scalability, and ensure systems are designed to meet performance and capacity requirements from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and establish
Performance Engineering strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Review application and system architecture from a
performance, scalability, latency, throughput, and reliability
perspective
- Provide recommendations to address architectural and performance risks early in the development lifecycle
- Drive
capacity planning and infrastructure sizing
for expected, peak, and future workloads
- Develop
performance models and workload models
to predict system behavior under different load conditions
- Partner with Architects, Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Operations, and Business teams
- Identify application, database, API, infrastructure, and cloud performance bottlenecks
