Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (GR) Consultant to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient professional who can independently gather requirements from business stakeholders, design and configure GR solutions, and drive the full delivery lifecycle from blueprinting through go-live. This is a hands-on role requiring deep functional expertise in SAP Group Reporting and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Independently lead the Group Reporting workstream, including direct engagement with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document consolidation requirements.
Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting end-to-end, covering all standard consolidation functions.
Design and configure cash flow reporting rules, reclassification rules, and related GR rule sets in line with business and statutory requirements.




Implement advanced consolidation scenarios including consolidation of investments, proportionate consolidation, and equity method accounting.
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts for all GR deliverables.
Execute unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), working collaboratively with the broader project team.
Coordinate with other Finance workstream leads (FI, CO, Logistics) to ensure seamless integration of GR with upstream data flows.
Support cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization for the Group Reporting solution.
Troubleshoot configuration and data issues independently, leveraging SAP documentation, OSS notes, and standard resolution methods.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 completed SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation projects in a hands-on configuration role.
Robust working knowledge of GR consolidation concepts: data collection and validation, interco
