We need an experienced Senior Manager/ Site Visit Closer who can take qualified prospects from the pre-sales team, conduct powerful site visits, handle objections, negotiate confidently and convert customers into bookings.
The candidate must be a proven real estate closer, not just a lead-follow-up executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage customer leads.
- Explain project details & property perks.
- Conduct site visits & customer meetings.
- Regular follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle negotiations & close deals.
Requirements:
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Confident and target-oriented
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Strong follow-up skills
- Real estate experience preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
