Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Application Packaging Engineer to lead a project for one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in application packaging and virtualization, along with excellent team management skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction while managing a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the application packaging process, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a team-oriented and productive work environment.
- Participate in the testing and successful deployment of software across various platforms, including Windows 7, 10, Server, and VDI environments.
- Resolve technical issues and explore alternative designs to enhance project outcomes.




- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment, packaging, administrative procedures, and known errors.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and coach project group members to facilitate effective knowledge management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client expectations and satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience in application packaging on Windows platforms.
- Proficient in MSI application packaging using AdminStudio.
- Hands-on experience with application virtualization using APPV Sequencer.
- Strong knowledge of VDI - Citrix environments and application packaging across various platforms.
- Excellent understanding of packaging lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Proficient in PowerShell Scripting language and VBScript for automation tasks.
