Job Summary
As an Associate Strategic Partnerships, you'll support the Global Sales team in building and growing partner relationships that drive revenue and market expansion. You'll work closely with senior partnership managers to onboard, enable and manage partners getting hands on exposure to partnership strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration from day one. This is a great launchpad role for someone who wants to build a career in partnerships, business development or SaaS GTM.
Responsibilities
Partner Research Identification
- Research and identify potential strategic, channel, agency, technology, and business partners.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective partners and key decision-makers.
- Research recent markets, industries, and partnership opportunities.
- Support the team in evaluating potential partners based on business fit and growth potential.
Partner Outreach Relationship Management
- Reach out to prospective partners through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
- Communicate peopleHums value proposition and partnership opportunities to prospective partners.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Follow up with partners and ensure timely communication and closure of action items.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating partner meetings.
Partner Onboarding Enablement
- Support the onboarding of new partners by coordinating documentation, training sessions, product demonstrations, and access requirements.
- Help prepare partner presentations, sales materials, FAQs, and other enablement content.
- Assist in conducting product and partner knowledge sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of partner information, activities, and engagement.
Sales Growth Support
- Work with the Sales and Partnerships teams to generate opportunities through partner referrals an
