Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
HR Executive - Generalist
to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee management, payroll support, and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations and Administration.
- Handle Recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Manage employee-related activities and maintain employee records.
- Support Payroll processing and related HR activities.
- Handle/support ESI, PF and Gratuity processes.
- Ensure compliance with Statutory Compliance and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related requirements.
- Independently manage routine HR activities and resolve employee queries.

Key Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Payroll support.
- Knowledge of ESI, PF, Gratuity and statutory compliance.
- Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

Qualification

Graduation is mandatory.
PGDM/MBA in HR will be highly preferred.

Additional Information
- 6 Days Work from Office
- Candidates should preferably be available for joining within 30 days.
- Interview process: 3 Rounds, including 2 mandatory Face-to-Face rounds.
