Reinsurance Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Analyst with Reinsurance experience to join our Reinsurance portfolio team support from Hyderabad, India location . The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Business Analysis experience , valuable foundational knowledge of Ceded Reinsurance concepts and hands - on experience applying standard BA techniques within Agile delivery models to deliver business value efficiently and incrementally.

Key Responsibilities
- Support requirement discovery and documentation activities through stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops and backlog refinement sessions
- Partner with Product Owners, end users,



developers and QA teams to elicit, analyze, document and validate business / functional requirements
- Assist in the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting artifacts
- Validate that requirements align to business intent, reinsurance processing needs and product objectives
- Support test activities by helping clarify requirements, review test cases and participate in requirement validation and defect triage
- Maintain a strong understanding of Ceded Reinsurance business workflows and apply that knowledge to day - to - day analysis activities
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery activities, supporting an iterative, incremental approach to solution delivery
- Collaborate with cross - functional teams as part of a multi - vendor delivery model

Required Skills Experience
