Job Summary

The Senior Full Stack Software Developer will be a key engineering contributor within Worldwide Patient Safety IT, as part of the Drug Development IT organization, supporting critical Risk Minimization systems and related platforms. This role will design, build, and enhance full-stack applications that enable risk minimization capabilities primarily for IMiDs and CELMoDs line of drugs.

The senior software developer will work across modern cloud native architectures such as AWS, microservices, BPM platforms, containerized workloads and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Test Lead, IT Validation team, IT Quality Assurance team, and Global Risk Management stakeholders. The position requires strong technical acumen, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to operate in a highly regulated life-sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Patient Safety Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Architects located globally (New Jersey, Hyderabad etc. ) to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, PostgreSQL and associated full-stack frameworks.
- Build microservices, REST APIs, UI components, integrations, and reusable libraries.
- Implement business workflows leveraging technologies such as Camunda BPM or equivalent while aligned with the existing Risk Minimization platforms.
