Blackbucks Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Institutional Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building institutional partnerships, driving business development, expanding our college network, and achieving student acquisition and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with college Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, faculty, and key decision-makers.
Identify, approach, and acquire new college and institutional partnerships.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
Promote Blackbucks’ training, certification, internship, placement, and career-development solutions.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, institutional acquisition, and student conversion targets.




Conduct regular college visits, institutional meetings, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Build and maintain a strong institutional sales pipeline.
Identify market trends and new business prospects to support territory growth.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional programs.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Institutional Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or Education Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Robust business development and stakeholder-management abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Willingness to travel extensively for college visits.
