Role Overview

You will plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across quick-commerce and other platforms

What the day-to-day looks like:

- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across quick-commerce platform ad consoles, marketplace ads and Meta Ads (via CPAS)
- Analyse campaign data daily bids, budgets, keywords, placements, SOV, RoAS and contribution margin and act on it
- Build and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and brand partners
- Coordinate with brand partners on promotions, pricing and offer construction
- Ensure every campaign adheres to platform guidelines and brand standards
- Monitor competitor activity, keyword movement and category shifts
- Test current growth strategies and feed learnings back into SerenSynth's integrated quick-commerce playbook

Non-Negotiable Requirements Please do not apply unless you meet all of the following. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be reviewed.

1. Prior hands-on experience managing a D2C or quick-commerce brand. This is mandatory — agency-side or brand-side both count, but the experience must be direct and hands-on.
2. You have personally drafted, executed and delivered proven results in performance marketing for D2C / e-commerce / quick-commerce brands. You must be able to talk through the campaigns you built, the decisions you made and the numbers you moved.
3. You have run Meta Ads yourself ,



and you have working knowledge and practical experience of CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solutions) .
4. You have executed campaigns on quick-commerce platform ad consoles and/or marketplace ads (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart).
5. You can work on-site in Pune Post 3 Months. Remote for the first 3 months.

Qualifications

- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce or digital retail
- Strong analytical skills — interpreting campaign metrics, forecasting performance and optimising ROI
- Clear, professional communication for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting
- Sales and growth mindset, with a track record in performance-driven campaigns and conversion optimisation
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, marketplace ads) and attribution models
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adapt to a fast-moving retail environment

Additional Requirements

- Comfort working in spreadsheets at depth — pivots, cohort views, margin math
- Understanding of quick commerce as a search-driven discovery channel , and why keyword and share-of-voice strategy differs from conventional e-commerce
- Awareness of how serviceability, dark-store footprint, stock availability and listing quality directly affect ad performance
- Ability to translate raw campaign data into a transparent point of view that a brand founder or category head can act on.
