Job Summary

DeFINER Properties is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, contractor billing, cost control and commercial activities for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.
- Carry out quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare detailed quantity estimates for civil and finishing works.
- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills and RA bills.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.




- Perform rate analysis for various construction activities.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Track variations, deviations, extra items and additional works.
- Prepare quantity statements and cost reports.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.
- Review quotations and support commercial comparisons.
- Monitor material quantities, consumption and wastage.
- Maintain accurate billing, measurement and commercial records.
- Support tendering and subcontractor finalisation activities.
