Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. The candidate will be responsible for inspections, maintaining quality standards, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.
- Check products as per engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect fabrication, welding, machining and assembly processes.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape and Height Gauge.
- Identify defects, deviations and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and NCR reports.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain proper quality documentation and records.
- Assist in RCA, CAPA and continuous quality improvement activities.




- Follow company quality procedures and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure strict quality standards are maintained on the shop floor.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in Quality/QC.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Civil or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, observation and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates willing to work 12-hour shifts will be preferred.
- Candidates from manufacturing, fabrication, aluminium formwork or engineering industries will be preferred.
