Futura Surgicare Pvt Ltd is looking for a role Quality Control Supervisor

Position: Quality Control Supervisor

Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out sterility test for Raw Material, Packing materials, Finished Products as per the specification.
2. Document all the microbial activities in the relevant logbooks provided.
3. Managing microbiology related activities and section for product approval and environmental monitoring.
4. Initiating for Indenting the Microbiology media and other Miscellaneous.
5. Subculturing and maintenance of pure culture.
6. Carry out the area monitoring samples as per the specifications and Standard operating Procedure.
7. Carry out the chemical and microbiology test for distilled water.
8. Sample finished product pertaining to microbiology testing.
9. Ensuring Change control system procedure is adequately as per GMP expectations.
10. Conducting the periodic review of SOPs and updating the SOPs as per the regulatory & standard requirements.
11. Testing and approval of all incoming, in-process and finished goods.
12. Preparation and Review of analytical reports including sterilization reports.
13. Designing reports, analysis and maintenance of critical data about product parameters.
14. Handling of Deviations and Non-conformances through thorough investigation identifying root cause of a deviation.



Verification of implementation and

effectiveness of the CAPA taken for the root cause.
1. Developing and practicing testing parameters as per the standard international guidelines.
2. Chemical preparation and analysis for chemicals used in QC / Production.
3. Reviewing the Batch manufacturing record to ensure that proper Raw material and Packing material issued and the process of the batch had done as per the

defined SOP and QP.
1. Coordination with production, stores and QA for issue of batch records, corrections, reconciliation, etc.
2. Releasing the Finished Goods prior to acceptance of QA.
3. Routine job allocation to the operators.
4. Line Clearance & IPQC Checks as and when required.
5. Preparation of SOP, technical files, statutory documents and over all monitoring of the GMP and GLP.
6. Submit the reports for raw materials / finished products / packing materials analysis and get it verified as and when completed.
7. In case of out of specification, report the same to Manager Quality control.
8. Train the juniors in their work or job.
9. To undertake any other jobs that may be assigned by the department Head from time to time.
10. In the absence of Supervisor or designee shall discharge his responsibilities.
