Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based at the Praksons Extracts facility in Hubli. The person in this role will conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include sampling and testing, documenting inspection results, identifying non-conformities, and collaborating with production and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.



The role also involves maintaining inspection equipment, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of quality processes and product consistency.

The Quality Control

Inspector will be expected to follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Inspection to perform accurate sampling, testing, and documentation of plant-based extracts and related materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support compliance with standards, maintain records, and assist in process improvements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with production, R&D;, and management teams and clearly report findings.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements related to natural extracts or similar products is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in chemistry, microbiology, food technology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and solid problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
