Role Description The Quality Control Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Jina Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for monitoring and verifying product quality at various stages of production, including incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and final product inspection.

The Quality Control

Officer will conduct routine laboratory tests, maintain quality records, and ensure compliance with internal standards, ISO requirements, and relevant safety regulations.



Daily tasks include collaborating with production and R&D; teams to address non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing quality reports, assisting in audits, and promoting best practices to maintain high hygiene and safety standards across the facility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to oversee product standards and compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, R&D;, and management teams and document findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills for conducting tests on materials and finished products using standard procedures.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, hygiene products, or a similar manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP practices, and safety regulations related to hygiene and cosmetic products is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are highly valued.
