Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.

- Conduct outlet visits, identify quality issues, coordinate with the operations team and prepare quality inspection reports.

- Check proper storage, temperature control, expiry dates, and product handling.

- Ensure proper implementation of recipes, portion sizes, and product standards.

- Maintain records of quality inspections, complaints, and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with store managers and kitchen teams to improve quality standards.

- Report major quality deviations to the management immediately.

- Handling customer complain redressal.

Qualifications
