Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Specialist role based in Gurugram.

The Quality Assurance

Specialist will monitor and evaluate processes, products, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include performing routine quality checks, supporting audits, identifying non-conformities, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives, maintaining records, and preparing reports on quality performance.



The specialist will also help train team members on quality procedures and support the development and refinement of quality management systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure consistent product and process standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to support the design, implementation, and improvement of quality systems and policies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to maintain compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits.
- Relevant experience in a quality-focused role within manufacturing, production, or similar environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field is preferred; quality certifications (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
