Role & responsibilities

- Candidate will be responsible for managing QC testing of Raw Materials, AI, In-process and Finished Products.

- Candidate will be responsible for HPLC, GC, GC-MS/LC-MS, impurity profiling and isomer analysis.

- Candidate will be responsible for analytical method development, validation and GLP 5-batch studies.

- Candidate will be responsible for OOS/OOT, deviations, RCA, CAPA and customer complaint investigations.

- Candidate will be responsible for supporting R&D;/Production in quality troubleshooting.

- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring GLP, regulatory compliance, documentation and laboratory safety.

- Candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring and training the QC team.

Candidate Profile

- Candidate should have M.Sc. / Ph.D. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / Agrochemicals with 12–15 years of QC experience in Agrochemical/Pesticide manufacturing.

- Candidate should have robust expertise in HPLC, GC, impurity profiling and analytical method validation.

- Candidate should have knowledge of pesticides, intermediates, isomers and GLP requirements.

- Candidate should have strong analytical, troubleshooting and team management skills.
