Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables)
- Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word (Excel basics such as data entry, formulas, and formatting preferred)
- Exposure to or interest in Project Management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks within defined timelines
Responsibilities




- Assist the PMO team in tracking project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Support in updating project status reports, dashboards, and trackers
- Coordinate and document Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and action items
- Help in maintaining project documentation such as plans, schedules, and reports
- Follow up with stakeholders for task updates and data inputs
- Support data analysis and preparation of presentations for internal reviews
- Ensure adherence to project governance processes and templates
- Assist in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating them appropriately
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the PMO lead
