The Role

We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer who can take a project from raw footage all the way to a finished piece. You'll edit narrative and ad content, create motion graphics and animation, and help shape how each video looks and feels. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the craft and likes owning their work from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social, ads, and brand films/content.
- Design and animate motion graphics, transitions.
- Create motion design and animation for product visuals, logo reveals, and brands.
- Turn briefs and storyboards into finished videos,



working with the design team.
- Manage your own timelines across a few projects at once and deliver on time.
- Keep each video consistent with the brand's identity and our quality standards.
- Handle sound design and audio mixing where needed.
- Keep up with AI creative tools and use them in our workflow where they help.

What You'll Need
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing and motion design (agency or production-house background preferred).
- Good command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Comfort with Photoshop and Illustrator for preparing and designing assets.
- A good eye for typography, composition, pacing, and color.
- A portfolio or reel that shows your range in editing and motion.
- The ability to take feedback, work quickly, and stay on top of the details.
- Experience with AI creative tools (image/video generation, AI-assisted workflows).
