Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and private clients, as well as strengthening relationships with existing partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing and delivering client presentations, managing inquiries and negotiations, and tracking leads through to closure. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with design and production teams to align client requirements with product capabilities and ensure timely delivery. The role also includes market research, participation in trade shows or design events, and regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline status.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in B2B selling, preferably within interior design, architecture, luxury goods, or home furnishings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
