About the Role

We are looking for a
Field Growth Executive
who will be responsible for building our presence across Bengaluru's healthcare and education ecosystem.

This is a
field focused role
where you will meet hospitals, schools, and decision-makers, understand their requirements, introduce the right product, conduct demos, follow up,



and help convert opportunities into customers.

You will be one of the key faces of
MedOrbit and Edvation
in the market.

What You'll Do
- Visit hospitals, clinics, schools, and educational institutions across Bengaluru.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as hospital administrators, doctors, principals, and management.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Understand customer problems and identify where MedOrbit or Edvation can help.
- Conduct product demos and explain the products in simple, non-technical language.
- Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Handle objections, commercial discussions, and support closures.
- Build strong relationships across the healthcare and education ecosystem.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the product and leadership teams.
- Work towards monthly business and growth targets.
