Key Responsibilities
- check_circle BIW welding fixture design with robust knowledge of conceptual design, 3D finish, and 2D detailing in CATIA V5.
- check_circle Documentation including payload calculations, clash analysis, shim plan, and sequence plan.
- check_circle QC of concept, 3D finish, and 2D detailing is mandatory.
- check_circle Knowledge of UG NX and FIDES is an advantage.
- check_circle Familiarity with customised BoMs, macros, and portals.
- check_circle Hands-on experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- check_circle Customer and internal communication management.
- check_circle Ownership of tools and a small team of 6 to 8 designers.
- check_circle Willingness to travel for onsite deployment when required by business needs.
