The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, arbitrage, media buying, publisher management, and campaign optimization with a strong focus on revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Lead Generation business across multiple verticals including Finance, Home Improvement, Insurance, and Consumer Services
- Build and manage a high-performing media buying and affiliate operations team
- Own revenue, profitability, and campaign performance targets
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition across Google, Facebook / Instagram, Native platforms, TikTok, RSOC / Arbitrage channels
- Build and strengthen relationships with direct advertisers, lenders, affiliates, aggregators, and media partners




- Identify and onboard current affiliate partnerships and traffic sources
- Scale campaigns while maintaining compliance with platform and advertiser guidelines
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, conversion rate, and margins
- Drive optimization across creatives, landing pages, bidding, targeting, and funnel performance
- Work closely with finance, compliance, and operations teams for smooth execution and cash flow planning
- Build reporting frameworks and present business performance to leadership regularly
- Lead hiring, mentoring, and training of media buyers and affiliate managers
