Job Summary

We are building our first in-house marketing team right now, and you are the only creative in it. That means two things. Your work is the entire visual output of the company, and nothing you make sits in a queue waiting for four rounds of approval.
What we are looking for
- 2 - 4 years editing video for brands or creators. A reel we can watch matters more to us than anything written on your CV.
- Real speed. Volume is the point, and a perfect ad that arrives three weeks late is worth nothing to us.
- Motion and design ability alongside editing. You should be comfortable making a chart, a caption system, and a layout look like they belong to the same company.
- You can take a short written brief and come back with something better than what was asked for.
- You want to know whether your work performed. If you have never asked that question about something you made, this will be a strange workplace.
Nice to have, not required
- You have made ad creative that ran on Meta or Google and you know what a hook rate is.




- You have worked with someone on camera and can direct a non-actor into a usable take.
- You have opinions about typography.
What this is not

Not an agency seat where you get a locked brief and a month to execute it. Briefs here are short, feedback comes in days, and you will sometimes learn that an ad failed before you have finished the next one. Some people find that energizing and some find it exhausting. Please be honest with yourself about which one you are, because we would rather you enjoy the job.

None of these is a side project, and the second one is the biggest.

Two to three investigation-style episodes a month for YouTube, plus twelve to fifteen short cuts for Instagram and owner communities. Our founder is on camera.
