Job Summary

To drive franchise, dealer, and distribution network expansion for The Concrete Shop, a design-led concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd., by managing end-to-end sales, lead generation, and channel development activities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, onboarding franchise partners, and providing continuous support and handholding to ensure successful business operations, sustained growth, and solid market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Market Development - Generate qualified leads through various sources including architects, consultants, builders, market networks, showroom owners, traders, etc.
- Lead Generation & Market Development - Identify new markets, regions, and business opportunities for franchise and dealer expansion.
- Lead Generation & Market Development - Build and connect with multiple lead sources to ensure a consistent business pipeline.
- Lead Generation & Market Development - Support marketing and initiatives for demand generation.
