QA Engineering Manager – AI & Automation

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineering Manager to lead the transformation of quality engineering using AI-assisted testing, automation and modern QA practices. The role will focus on scalable test automation, intelligent regression testing, AI-assisted test case generation, defect analysis and root-cause analysis for our insurance technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the QA automation and AI-driven quality engineering strategy.

 Build and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation using Playwright.

 Use Claude/GenAI tools for test case generation, automation development and test maintenance.

 Develop AI-assisted regression testing and change-impact-based test selection.

 Use AI to support defect analysis, duplicate detection and root-cause analysis.

 Automate functional, API, integration and end-to-end testing.

 Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

 Build reusable QA frameworks, tools and automation accelerators.

 Work closely with Product, BA,



Engineering and Architecture teams to improve quality and test coverage.

 Mentor QA engineers and drive adoption of AI-assisted testing practices.

AI / GenAI Experience

 Hands-on experience with Claude or Claude Code and other AI tools for software testing.

 Experience with AI-assisted test case and test data generation.

 Experience using AI for Playwright automation creation and maintenance.

 Experience with AI-assisted regression analysis and test prioritization.

 Experience with AI-assisted defect analysis and RCA.

 Understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering and AI agents.

 MCP, RAG or AI agent experience is an advantage.

Required Technical Skills

 12 -15+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience.

 5+ years of QA leadership or management experience.

 Robust hands-on experience with Playwright and test automation.

 Strong API, integration and end-to-end
