Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and other end-user devices. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install,



configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
