Key Responsibilities
- Execute lead-generation campaigns across digital, offline, referral, alliance, channel partner, and other approved channels to achieve lead targets.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, channel partners, aggregators, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely campaign execution.
- Track the complete lead funnel from acquisition through sales handover and identify gaps requiring corrective action.
- Prepare and publish weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, campaign reports, and management updates.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within approved timelines, budgets, brand guidelines, and business priorities.
- Monitor and optimize lead sources to improve lead volume, quality, cost per lead (CPL),



and channel efficiency.
- Conduct regular lead reconciliation between CRM, sales, agency, portal, and campaign reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain lead-generation dashboards, MIS reports, source-wise trackers, campaign trackers, and performance reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend changes to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Resolve operational escalations relating to lead quality, source discrepancies, campaign performance, data mismatch, and stakeholder concerns.
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to ensure timely lead allocation, information sharing, follow-up, and conversion alignment.
- Monitor channel-partner and referral performance and identify opportunities to develop current sources of qualified leads.
- Support project launches, site events, broker/channel-partner meets, customer engagement activities, and other promotional initiatives.
