Job Role: HR Manager

Job Description
- Lead and manage the overall Human Resources function of the organization.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and workforce planning.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support organizational growth.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, project, and support functions.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct and coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs.




- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and lifecycle processes.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verification.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable advantages.
- Coordinate HR audits and maintain statutory documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities.

Performance Management
- Develop and manage employee performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and career development plans.
- Coordinate performance reviews with department heads and managers.
- Support employee training and skill development initiatives.
