Your key responsibilities
- Technical Excellence:



Robust expertise in core direct tax provisions under Indian income tax law, with practical application in advisory engagements. Demonstrated experience in tax structuring and transaction support across deals, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, slump sale, liquidation, etc. Proficient in conducting tax due diligence and assessing tax implications for complex corporate transactions. Ability to analyze and interpret direct tax issues to support compliant, commercially aligned advisory solutions. Experience in handling transaction-oriented tax matters within a consulting environment, with focus on accurate technical execution.

- Chartered Accountant

- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in MA tax and regulatory work
