At Sysintegra, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, responsible for overall design, architecture, and mapping of client business requirements to technical solutions. This role will work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine integration needs, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow solutioning, including hands-on design & deployment.
- Expertise in mapping client business requirements to scalable and supportable technical solutions.
- Deep knowledge of any of the ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, and others.
- Strong background in IT service management solution implementation and ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in front-end and backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.).
- Ability to lead architecture discussions, develop business cases,



and present to senior executives.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale ServiceNow projects adhering to best practices.
- Capability to coach and mentor team members through technical guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure high-quality technical solutions.
- Ability to act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert during executive briefings and marketing events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of industry experience in IT service management and enterprise solutions.
- Strong background and deep experience with ServiceNow, with relevant certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous
