Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
Workday Extend Technical Lead / Architect
with robust expertise in
Workday HCM Core Functional and Workday HCM Technical
areas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading multiple Workday Extend implementations and be capable of driving technical solution design from requirements through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience leading multiple
Workday Extend implementations

• Lead solution design based on business requirements

• Recommend appropriate
Workday Extend design patterns and best practices

• Identify
Workday Extend platform limitations
early and recommend alternative approaches

• Define and review the Extend application's
security model, integrations, workflows, and data design

• Evaluate Extend application




performance and scalability
considerations

• Review technical design and development approach throughout the build phase

• Proactively identify
technical risks and implementation challenges
before they become project issues

• Support developers with complex design decisions and troubleshooting during
development, testing, and deployment

• Remain engaged throughout the project implementation to help ensure
solution quality
