Maxx Solutions Brokerage Inc. is seeking an experienced
Compliance & Carrier Performance (CPR) Manager
to strengthen our carrier compliance program and ensure operational excellence across our US logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage carrier onboarding and compliance processes.
- Verify carrier authority, insurance, safety ratings, and legal documentation.
- Monitor FMCSA, DOT, MC, and insurance compliance.
- Conduct carrier performance evaluations and maintain carrier scorecards.
- Review carrier agreements, contracts, and required documentation.
- Identify and mitigate fraud risks, double brokering, identity theft, and compliance violations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Carrier Sales teams to ensure approved carriers are utilized.
- Maintain compliance records and prepare audit reports.




- Develop and improve carrier compliance SOPs and internal processes.
- Resolve compliance escalations while ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
- Atleast 5+ years of experience in US Freight Brokerage or 3PL Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance, SAFER, CAB, RMIS, Highway, Carrier411, and carrier verification platforms.
- Experience handling carrier onboarding and fraud prevention.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US logistics environment.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Drayage, Rail Intermodal, and LTL operations.
- Experience managing carrier KPIs and performance metrics.
- Leadership experience with compliance teams is an advantage.
