About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Account & Audit Assistant
to support day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliation, and audit activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles,
GST and TDS
, and hands-on knowledge of
Tally accounting software
. Candidates with prior audit experience will be preferred.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and other accounting records.
- Assist with GST and TDS filings, tax reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Handle invoice processing and payment-related accounting activities.
- Perform bank and branch reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Assist with vendor and customer account reconciliation.




- Support senior team members during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist with preparation of financial and accounting reports.
- Identify discrepancies in accounting records and assist in resolving them.
- Perform other accounting and audit-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of B.Com; M.Com or CMA qualification will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP-9.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, preferably at an advanced level.
- Understanding of financial accounting and basic taxation.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Ability to perform bank and other account reconciliations.
- Prior exposure to auditing and statutory compliance is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong accounting foundation are encouraged to apply.
