Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 3-5 QA engineers and drive testing for web-based applications
- Own end-to-end Manual Testing: Test planning, Test case design, Test execution, Defect management, UAT support
- Build and maintain robust automation framework using Java + Selenium + TestNG/JUnit
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git
- Work with APIs - REST/SOAP testing using Postman/RestAssured
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews for test scripts, and ensure on-time delivery

Must-have Skills:*

- 7+ years overall QA experience with 2-2.5 years in Team Lead role
- Strong expertise in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit
- Experience in building Automation Framework from scratch
- Good knowledge of API Testing, SQL, Git, Jenkins
- Experience with Defect tracking tools: JIRA, Bugzilla
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
