Job Title : QA

Time: 12 PM to 9 PM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Experience: 4+ years of experience

Work Mode: Work in office (Baner)

Responsibilities:

- Understand Product Requirements: Thoroughly review Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to ensure you have a complete understanding of the features and requirements for the marketplace.
- Write Test Cases: Develop and document comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the user journey and product features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers (PM) and Engineers to review test cases and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Execute Test Cases: Be responsible for running test cases and tracking progress, ensuring thorough coverage across all features, especially focusing on the flow up to checkout.
- Find Gaps and Issues: Proactively identify potential gaps, edge cases, and potential issues in the features before they reach production. Report and effectively track issues found during testing.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with engineers when technical issues arise, asking for clarification, and working together to resolve defects.
- Test Reporting and Accountability: Track test execution, document defects, and ensure that issues are communicated and addressed.



Maintain detailed records of test results and work with stakeholders to close gaps.

Qualifications:

- At least 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on testing full stack experiences .
- Strong experience in B2B or B2C testing environments.
- Expertise in manual testing practices and an understanding of modern web pages.
- Proficient in SQL queries
- Mobile Testing experience
- Has worked in an setting that used SLACK for collaboration in the past
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering).
- Takes ownership and works autonomously while being part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and think critically about potential issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with marketplace products or similar large-scale e-commerce systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
