– QA Engineer (Manual + Automation + API Testing) Experience 2+ Years

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, and Performance Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications, working in Agile development environments, and developing automation scripts using Playwright.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products through comprehensive testing and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Perform manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. Work closely with Agile development teams to meet sprint goals, release schedules, and patch management timelines. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test reports. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, API, UAT, and Performance Testing. Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Playwright. Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. Record, track, and verify defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution. Establish and follow defect management processes for bugs, issues, and change requests. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects efficiently. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Validate new features, enhancements, hotfixes,



and production releases to ensure software quality before deployment. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation frameworks, and overall product quality. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in Software Testing. Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and the Defect Life Cycle. Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using Playwright. Experience in API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. Experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, UAT, and Performance Testing. Hands-on experience in testing Web and Mobile applications. Experience with defect tracking and project management using Jira. Positive understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and XML. Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with JavaScript and Playwright automation framework. Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter is an added advantage. Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing. Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of test reporting tools and automation best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level or above) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
