Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Python + React Developer with 2-3 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, React.js, REST APIs, and database technologies, along with the ability to develop end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and React.js.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.
- Develop reusable, responsive, and user-friendly UI components using React.js.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and testing activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

- Strong experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT/OAuth)

Frontend Development





- Strong experience with React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux
- Experience in responsive and cross-browser compatible web development

Database

- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or other relational databases
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL queries, and performance optimization

Tools & Technologies

- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Docker and containerization concepts
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
- Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or Message Queues
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of API security and application deployment processes

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
