Role Description The Python Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python, ensuring clean, effective, and scalable code. The developer will collaborate with front-end engineers, designers, and digital marketing teams to integrate web applications with databases and third-party services.

Day-to-day tasks include implementing recent features, fixing bugs, performing code reviews, writing unit and integration tests,



and optimizing application performance. The role also includes documenting technical solutions, participating in sprint planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills in Python.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, covering SDLC, debugging, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Candidates should possess Databases skills, including working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and writing efficient queries.
- Good understanding of web frameworks (such as Django or Flask) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
- Ability to write maintainable, well-documented code and collaborate in an agile, team-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
