Job Summary

HRK Global Tech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Python Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team. In this full-time associate role, you will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and data processing workflows.

Working closely with senior developers, UI/UX teams, and project managers, you will play an active role in building scalable backend infrastructure, integrating cloud services, and delivering high-quality software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Development: Write clean, effective, testable, and reusable Python code to build scalable backend services and core application features.
- API Development & Integration: Assist in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) for cross-platform applications.
- Database Management: Implement database schemas, write optimized SQL/NoSQL queries, and manage data ORM operations (using SQLAlchemy or Django ORM).
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify code defects, troubleshoot runtime errors, and optimize code for maximum performance, responsiveness, and security.
- Automated Testing:



Write unit and integration tests using testing tools like PyTest or Unittest to ensure backend reliability.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, pull request code reviews, and technical discussions with cross-functional project teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Core Language: Strong foundational knowledge of Python 3.x, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and standard Python data structures.
- Frameworks: Familiarity or hands-on experience with at least one Python framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
- Database Basics: Practical understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic ORM concepts.
- Version Control: Proficiency using Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
- Web Concepts: Basic understanding of RESTful architecture, HTTP methods, JSON data parsing, and asynchronous programming concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical, debugging, and logical reasoning capabilities.
