WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Source aircraft parts and negotiate with international suppliers
- Prepare and place Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers
- Follow up on PO confirmations, availability and delivery dates
- Review aircraft parts certificates and documentation
- Coordinate shipments, freight and export documentation
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Communicate daily with international suppliers and customers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, international trade or a related field
- Aviation spare parts experience – strong advantage
- Understanding of aircraft spare parts certificates and documentation
- Experience using OEM supplier portals and placing orders online
- ERP experience – Quantum
- Excellent English – must-have
- Robust Excel skills
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask
