We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our HVAC team in Gurugram .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, sourcing materials, comparing quotations, negotiating prices, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials .
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase HVAC & project materials
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate prices
- Compare quotations and manage purchase orders
- Track material deliveries and inventory
- Coordinate with Projects, Production, Stores & Accounts
- Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement
- Positive negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- HVAC, manufacturing, or project procurement experience is preferred
