Job Summary

The Purchase Manager at VR Coatings Pvt Ltd is responsible for procurement of raw materials, consumables, and equipment ensuring cost-effective purchasing and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure raw materials for special purpose Machine manufacturing

- Import Purchase
- Source and negotiate with vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery
- Develop and maintain vendor base
- Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams
- Issue Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery

- Monitor inventory levels
- Procure machinery, spare parts, and maintenance items

- Evaluate vendor performance
- Ensure GST compliance and documentation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management

- Knowledge of industrial materials
- ERP and MS Excel proficiency

- Good communication and coordination

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical

- MBA preferred

Experience




- 6-10 years in procurement

- Manufacturing industry preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
