Responsibilities

Manage complete purchase and procurement activities.

Develop and maintain vendor relationships and identify new vendors.

Handle vendor evaluation, audits, and performance review.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material procurement.

Review technical drawings, product specifications, and data sheets.

Manage material, inventory, and store-related activities.

Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.





Monitor product testing methods and production materials.

Ensure compliance with ISO and quality procedures.

Maintain purchase records, reports, and documentation.

Work on Tally ERP and generate MIS/reports.

Coordinate vendor visits and inspections.

Positive techno-commercial knowledge.

Experience in vendor development and vendor audits.

Knowledge of ISO procedures and quality standards.

Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of inventory and material management.
