About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage the complete procurement function for our real estate/construction projects. The candidate should have strong experience in construction material procurement, vendor management, negotiations, and purchase planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for construction projects.
- Procure construction materials, equipment, consumables, and other project requirements as per specifications and timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors/suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Site, and Accounts teams for material requirements and timely deliveries.
- Maintain proper purchase records, POs, quotations, comparative statements, and vendor documentation.




- Monitor market rates and develop alternate sources for materials.
- Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.

Key Requirements

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement within Real Estate, Construction, or Builder companies – Mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and local market rates.
- Hands-on experience in vendor development, negotiation, and procurement.
- Experience handling purchase for G+4 / residential or commercial construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Should be capable of independently handling purchase activities.

Qualification Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a relevant field will be preferred.

Location: Delhi – Candidates based in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.

Note: Candidates without relevant Real Estate/Construction/Builder industry experience will not be considered.
