Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for E-Surveillance projects, including CCTV, networking, and other hardware requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of CCTV, IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, networking equipment, and accessories.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track orders, deliveries, pending materials, and vendor commitments.
- Coordinate with Project, Logistics, and Technical teams for material requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and MIS reports.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Ensure required materials are available as per project timelines.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in CCTV, security systems, networking, or IT hardware.
- Valuable knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
- Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and timelines.
