Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for furniture manufacturing operations. This role includes reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.

The Purchasing

Executive will track inventory levels, compare prices and quality,



and maintain accurate purchasing records in line with company policies. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with production, logistics, and finance teams, resolving delivery or quality issues with vendors, and supporting cost optimization while maintaining high standards of material performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess solid Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, furniture, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with ERP or procurement software, and basic MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
